The customer support for AFRY Smart Forestry is being reorganized. The aim is to smoothen the communication with customers and effectively organize support requests. This means for example that when contacting us, the customer gets a response quickly, support requests are directed to the right expert and the implementation of requests is monitored.
You can contact us by email support.smartforestry@afry.com or in IPTIM user interface via the “Support”-button. The customer support team will receive messages and forward the requests inside our organization as needed. Therefore, by contacting support, you will still be able to reach your previous contact persons if necessary.
Dino Busi and Ilona Hohteri are working on the support team. Dino has knowledge of maintenance of servers and databases, troubleshooting and debugging of log files and scripts. Ilona has ten years of working experience on using and developing of forest planning tools and managing of forest data. Our customer support team is happy to help you with any questions and problems you might encounter.
