The PLAN Module

Iptim's planning module (Plan) offers tools to create and compare optimized plans to ensure efficient and sustainable silvicultural operations. The module Plan is divided in two windows: (i) Plan, which allows the creation of plans; and (ii) Analysis, which offers toos to observe and export different projections and reports of the created plans.

• the main objective of the Plan windowis to allow the creation of plans.
• one single plan can consider multiple projects and data sets.
• a plan can be constructed either to mantain the previously configured operation regimes, or to maximize net present value (NPV).
• each plan is constructed with projects, data sets, models, price tables, and regimes.
• users can create any number of constraints; for example, non exceding a certain amount of costs during a period.
• the system considers overheads and capital expenditures (capex)
• Iptim's solver allows the system to solve extensive and complex models in a very short time.
