General information
- The submodule Task Manager in the module Project offers tools to:
- schedule tasks
- assign tasks to other users (e.g. field crew leaders).
- modify information of each task (e.g. state of execution, actual costs, actual quantities).
- For these tools to be accessible, a plan must have already been created and activated (for more information see Plan).

Load Tasks
- Click on the window Task Manager in the module Project.
- Click on load tasks.
- Select the data set of interest. Make sure that the stands of that data set are associated to an activated plan (for more information see Plan).
- Click next.
- Turn on the levers of the years and months corresponding to the tasks that you wish to access.
- Click OK.
- Remember to press save after making the desired changes.

Status of tasks
The status options for a task are:
- computed. The default status when activating a plan for the first time.
- planned. Tasks which are part of the actual execution plan.
- assigned. Tasks which have already been assigned to a user.
- ongoing. Tasks which are being currently executed.
- executed. Tasks which have been executed.
- delayed. Tasks which have been delayed.

Changing the status of a task
- Load a task
- Double click on the cell under the column "status" corresponding to the task you wish to modify. The status options will appear.
- Select a state.
- To update the information in the Summary window, click on update.
- Remember to save.

Assign a task to a user
- Load a task
- Double click on the cell under the column "Assignee" corresponding to the task you wish to assign. The options of the users to whom tasks may be assigned will appear.
- Select the assignee.
- To update the information in the Summary window, click on update.
- Remember to save.

Modify the description, actual quantity and actual cost
- Load a task
- Click on the task that you wish to modify.
- In the right hand window of the "Stand info" panel, double click on the cell that you with to modify (under the column "description", "actual qty", and "actual cost".
- Input the new information and press enter.
- To update the information in the Summary window, click on update.
- Remember to save.
